Full-time dreamer, regular reader, often fic writer, Tolkien Geek-In-Trainning, HoR Graduate (level 2)

After a long time gathering the nerve (honing the skills), I have finally started writing original fiction, along with giving a good look at that weird intrusive thing people like to call Real Life (RL for short) It has been quite frightening.

Most of my online friends know by now that my real name is Sheyla (Portuguese pronunciation, something my English speaking friends have achieved by pretending it is written SHAYLA instead), I am generally of middle-to-liberal wing mind. When pressed, I say I am a protestant because I attend mostly baptist, episcopalian or non-denominational services, but I am much more concerned about tolerance, love and understanding than rules and constrictions.

I also love to travel and am always finding an excuse to pack and go wherever. I have travelled through a great deal of the cities of Brazil and had seen a little bit of MA,VA and UT during an interchange program 2004-2005 (that totally rocked, if you pardon the high school speech, and I plan to try it again as soon as possible).

Most of my friends were made through the net because I am very shy and introverted in RL, but I do have a few wonderful, precious, true friends for life. Though at times we all want to kill one another. It is almost hilarious how different we are, and still get along together for over a decade now.
